If you are concerned about the next election, as I am, my new book should be helpful. It comprises a comprehensive checklist of all significant issues that weaken the election controls that are needed to prevent fraud. In each case there is at least one recommendation for improvement. Some of those recommendations are easy to implement, and others very difficult.
I will not pretend that this 180-page book can be used to solve all of our election problems. However, it sheds light on many issues that are usually overlooked, and it provides a great starting point for dialogue and discussion.
How Elections Are Stolen ls now available in print at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and elsewhere. The ebook is available for preorder, and will be released on September 1st.
Here is a brief excerpt from the paperback version:
If harvesting is illegal...
Offer significant rewards for information leading to the conviction of people who harvest ballots. Harvesting usually involves several people, and one of them might be greedy enough to turn in his co-conspirators. Even where the practice is ostensibly legal, it is almost always accompanied by criminal behavior. For example, the harvester might offer a free raffle ticket or cash for a ballot, he might alter it, or just throw it away. At the very minimum, the harvester or his associates (perhaps a nonprofit organization) would probably invade privacy by opening the envelope to see which candidate is getting the vote. Any of those would be illegal acts. Make sure the public is on the lookout for those crimes.
Have volunteers or paid observers watch drop boxes and mail boxes. If possible, they should discreetly video record activity. The usage of these video recordings is discussed in greater detail in PROBLEM 8.
Strategies that are beneficial, whether or not harvesting is legal:
Door to door canvassing of residences immediately after the election is the best strategy, as discussed in PROBLEM 2.
Have a panel of experts perform a signature test, where they compare registration signatures to those submitted with ballots. However, many election departments will refuse access to any sample signatures.
Run public advertisements, warning people of the dangers of handing over their ballots to strangers (and telling them to report those who ask for ballots).
If you are lucky, your state might have a separate election fraud investigation force, similar to that of Florida or Texas. Where city prosecutors refuse to investigate election crimes, it may be possible to get the elected county sheriff to take action. Sheriffs have extensive and unique powers.
In advance of the election, strive to clean up voter registrations rolls. That would help to decrease the population of ballots that can be harvested.
Finally, there is another very creative, but somewhat complex statistical method that….
Hi Mike, thanks for the suggestion. I heard Trump talk about having evidence for Georgia and I believe he is probably referring to the work done by Voter Ga which is headed by Garland Favorito. I have never personally gotten to Trump however, I have been in touch for a long time with a couple of the attorneys who worked for him One of them was impressed by the book, Debunked, and I would like to think that it gave him, and perhaps, Trump ideas with regard to the six swing States. But who knows, I sure I am sure he has many sources.
Hey Joe. Trump holding Monday presser to show GA fraud. Your book is the perfect synopsis of what happened. Any chance you can get to him??
